IN STORE RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE returns for orders over $125 (not including discounts). Please contact our customer service department to request a return shipping label.

For online orders under $125, in extreme locations noted above, we do not offer free returns.

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

1. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!

2. Do these safety shoes provide ankle protection?

Yes, these safety shoes do provide moderate ankle support. If you are looking for a more serious ankle support, check out our 6" or 8" work boots.

Working overnight and for a 12 hour span of time takes a great toll on your feet. These boots meet the comfort and stamina that I need.

I use my boots to go up and down my ride-on mower. After 5 months of getting on and off my ride-on mower, both boots tore open on both sides of the toe box. The tearing happened where the boots let the toe box bend. I'm terribly disappointed that the material used in this work boot is incapable of withstanding the simple act of going up or down a step. My cheaper work boots have lasted for 4 seasons and are still going strong.

I bought these boots because my previous pair were never really comfortable. This pair was very comfortable but alas, they simply didn't last a single lawn mowing season. I can't recommend these boots as I would have to buy a new pair every year; even if their primary use is to sit on a mower. I never allowed these boots to stay wet, I always dried them with a house fan so I don't know why the leather would simply split open. My husband has some work boots from other brands and his have lasted years; and he seriously abuses his boots.

Excellent Boots

Just got my new pair of Sidewinders. They fit excellently and are really comfortable. Although they are described as fitting long I was a bit surprised by the degree to which they fit long because I ordered online. When I order my next pair I will pay more attention to the " How does it fit??" ratings on the Mister Saftey Shoes site. The delivery service was reaaly good too.
