These ESD insoles are great! They are thinner than the blue memory foam ones I had previously, that had made my work boots feel rather snug, which wasn't great after a 9h day. These guys, however, keep my feet happy all day, which is exactly what I need. Special thanks to the salesman, Rickard, who is an absolute gem, for suggesting them after I had explained my situation with the other ones. The best $40 you'll ever spend.
