Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them on our web site at checkout. Our online gift cards have no additional processing fees. If you prefer, you can also pick up a gift card at one of our retail locations that are good for use in any of our stores. NOTE: Online gift cards cannot be used in Mister Safety Shoes stores. PLEASE ALSO NOTE: All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.
If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.
What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE returns for orders over $125 (not including discounts). Please contact our customer service department to request a return shipping label.
For online orders under $125, in extreme locations noted above, we do not offer free returns.
You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations.

Please note there are a number of geographic locations within Canada that do not qualify for free shipping. These locations include: Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavat. Shipping fees are based on location and weight of the purchase.
