IN STORE RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE returns for orders over $125 (not including discounts). Please contact our customer service department to request a return shipping label.

For online orders under $125, in extreme locations noted above, we do not offer free returns.

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping within most regions of Canada for online orders over $125 (not including discounts).

Please note there are a number of geographic locations within Canada that do not qualify for free shipping. FAQs

1. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!

GREAT SHOE

these SHOES ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SUPPORT MY FOOT GREAT. i HAVE ALOT PROBLEMS WITH MY FEET, I CAN USUALLY ONLY WEAR SAFETY SHOES FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. BUT WITH THESE I CAN EASLY WEAR THEM ALL DAY.

Good shoes, great service

The shoes have been working well for me through heavy use. They are still pretty new, so take that with a pinch of salt. They are comfortable, and are suitable for slightly wide feet. I use orthotics in them, which makes the back not fit quite right (my heel slips up and down a little bit) but they still work well for me.

On another note, when I went into the shop to buy them, I had a really good experience. The employee who worked with me was personable and knowledgeable, and worked with me to find the best possible shoes for my job, both in terms of job requirements and my comfort. Despite it taking quite a while, she remained patient and helpful throughout, which made shoe-shopping much less stressful. I also got tips for how to make them fit better. Thank you Tabitha!
